SERVICE & REFUND POLICY
Let’s Prosper Online provides custom digital marketing, video asset creation, AI/search visibility support, and related business services. Because these services involve custom strategy, research, creative work, production time, and digital asset deployment, all payments are considered payment for professional services, not physical products.
90-Day Founder Trial
The 90-Day Video Billboard / AI Visibility Trial is a 90-day service commitment. Payment may be made in full or through an approved payment plan. The payment plan is a convenience option and does not make the service month-to-month.
Refunds
Because work begins shortly after payment, all payments are generally non-refundable once strategy, research, planning, creative development, or production work has started.
If a client chooses not to move forward before any work has begun, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
No refunds are provided for completed work, delivered digital assets, strategy, research, video concepts, scripts, thumbnails, reports, optimization work, or deployed content.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, approvals, logos, brand assets, service details, disclaimers, and any legally required language before publication.
No Guarantee of Results
Let’s Prosper Online does not guarantee specific search rankings, AI citations, Google placement, leads, calls, sales, or revenue. The purpose of the service is to create and deploy digital assets that enhance visibility, customer education, and online authority.
